611 Auto Repair was a godsend to us. Highly recommended. Our car broke down on a Friday night when we were on a road trip across Pennsylvania, and we found this place when we were searching for "emergency road service" in Stroudsburg. The owner Tony was super-responsive by phone and text and told us he could work on the car the following Saturday morning, so we had it towed to his shop and went to a local hotel. The next morning, they fixed the problem quickly (serpentine belt) and had us on our way by 12:30 p.m. This shop was a lifesaver and the owner seemed honest and communicative. I'd highly recommend it for emergency work and for other work if you are local to the area.

An excellent place to have your car diagnosed and repaired. The owner is friendly but very professional. He has a super master mechanic on the premises. Today is a great day. I own a 1998 dodge van with 87,000 miles on it. I had only changed the Transmission fluid one time since it was originally purchased. I thought I would need to rebuild my transmission after it was done because the transmission was not shifting properly, And began searching for places to give me rates to replace my transmission. Then I talked to TONY the owner of 611 transmissions. He spent at least a half an hour explaining to me that I should at least bring my vehicle down to his shop to have them just do a diagnostic on it before I wind up replacing the transmission. He told me it might not need to be replaced .I want to tell everyone this man is honest and Trustworthy.He saved me a lot of money My transmission did not need to be replaced it only needed to have an adjustment done on it. Tony’s shop does not only do transmissions he has an all service garage I recommend that if you need any services done on any vehicle bring it to him.
